Volunteers who have regular contact with children at Good Shepherd Catholic School are required to complete parts one and two of the Safe Environment Training within 90 days of beginning their work.
Good Shepherd Catholic School will be offering a Safe Environment Session for adults on Wednesday, August 22, 2018 at 6:00pm. This will complete Part 1: Protecting God's Children Awareness Session for Adults. This instructor-led training provides basic facts about child sexual abuse and adults' roles in prevention.

Part II - The Mandatory Reporting of Suspected Child Abuse (online) is available online at the Training Institute. This training provides an overview of Archdiocesan reporting procedures for suspected child abuse and PA Child Welfare Laws. This training should take about an hour to complete.
